We use FastAPI for compact REST services that feed mobile apps, with request validation defined in Pydantic models. For product teams we write data pipelines that turn app events into weekly reports, and we prototype on-device machine learning features in Python before converting the model for mobile with TensorFlow Lite or Core ML. Python also runs much of our internal tooling, from screenshot generation for store listings to checks that run before each release.

Is Python fast enough for a production API?
For most mobile backends, yes. Where a service needs high concurrency at low cost, we look at Go for that part.
Can you add image recognition to our app?
Often. We check whether an existing on-device model covers the need before proposing to train anything new.
